The Power of Self-Reflection: Building Stronger Connections with Yourself and Others

I have been working on a new program. This one is a bit different than the things I have been doing. I have mainly been working on getting exercise and nutrition programs dialed in, but I also knew there was a VITAL aspect of my own journey that I needed to figure out how to bring to the table. That is, the spiritual aspect--the mind renewal aspect.

So, my goal was to figure out a way to include that by 2024. I believe all things do work themselves out just as they should, as you regard patience, learning and keeping love at the seat of things along the way. It seems like love is the oil that keeps the lamp burning--so to speak.
