From Procrastination to Completion: Hoping for Positive Impact

Completing tasks has never been a strong suit for me. I have either been a master procrastinator or the forever-starting, and not-finishing, project manager. There have been occasional projects I was able to really put my head down and finish, but it has always been quite the battle within myself to complete them.
I honestly have wondered at times if I dealt with what would likely have been diagnosed as ADHD. I say all of this in the past tense because I am holding on to the hope that things are turning around for me. I think maybe the combination of giving my body much-needed nutrients, exercising regularly, and also just trying to form small habits that help me align myself on a path toward a goal has been very helpful.
Either way, today I completed a project I have been working tirelessly on for a few months. In fact, I woke up at 2:36 am and couldn't go back to sleep after that because I was so excited at the possibility of finishing it today. After I recognized I wasn't going to fall back into my slumber, I got up and fixed my coffee at 4:00 am. My eyes are crossing a bit as I type this! Lol. I can't wait until my body hits the bed tonight.
After I fixed my coffee and did my morning reading, I began the final tweaks on my project—a prompt journal! I'm so excited! I have been enjoying blogging so much that I thought I would try my hand at a different type of writing. So, I compiled a 158-page journal that includes personal and fictional writings, reflective writing prompts with pages for journal entries, and other resources that help with self-reflection and positive growth.
I have the publisher picked out and am hoping to get the word out to people about it. I plan to make my deposit on it in the next few weeks as I begin a pre-sale to help fund the endeavor. I've never done anything like this, and I'm most definitely excited at the possibility. I would've loved to have had something like this when I began my journey to a healthier self. To have had all of this information compiled into a self-reflective journal rather than having to spend hours researching and digging to try to find resolve for some of the areas of my life that needed healing. I think that this could help other women, and that gives me so much hope. I want to make a positive impact on others with my life.
All of that being said, I am placing a link here to a 30-page sample of the journal. If you would like to pre-order one for yourself, a family member, a friend, or a coworker, please use the link below. I don't have an exact date for receiving the journals from the publisher yet, but I fully intend to have them in hand and able to mail out before Christmas in case someone would like to use them as a Christmas gift. They are $19.95 each. If you have any questions, please contact me via text or phone call at 256-607-3124. If you would like to donate any amount toward the cause of getting these printed, I will be providing free journals to moms along this journey as well.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR SUPPORT OF THIS WILD ENDEAVOR!
